Web Security, with Tim Nash - Relative Paths Podcast

Why would anyone want to hack my website? This was one of the questions we asked WordPress Platform Lead and Developer Advocate for 34SP.com, Tim Nash. We talked about what the risks are, who's responsibility web security should be and what we can do to build more secure sites.

Tim regularly gives talks on how we can secure our websites. The theme of one he's been giving recently is Security is Everyone's Responsibility. For this episode we talked about what our responsibility as developers is, not just in terms of what we need to do technically, but how we can help our clients better understand and manage security.

We also covered one of my pet subjects, passwords and password managers. I wrote all about why you should use a password manager in another post on our blog.
